Who created it: Devin Knight, a parcel operator. He founded Bongo International, acquired by FedEx in 2014 and relaunched as FedEx CrossBorder. He operated inside Stamps.com / ShipStation through the Thoma Bravo take-private ($6.6B disclosed), then Global Network Development at Flexport. He led Parcel at Stord and was VP of Transportation at ShipMonk.
